Metapod used Harden!

Metapod's defense went up!

...

.....and, uh...

Well. Hm. Hitler's choices are rather limited with Metapod. In terms of battle, Harden'ing only goes so far. Tackle and String Shot may still be in its arsenal, but those attacks aren't exactly devastating.

I'd recommend that Hitler use an Experience Share, or the good ol' bait-and-switch, to get Metapod up to its final evolution!

Don't bug me with a Caterpie!

For a flying type, the win's easy!

Hitler should train the young Caterpie carefully, and away from the hunting grounds of such dangerous Pokemon as Pidgeotto and Fearow! Wouldn't want poor little Caterpie to meet his end before attaining his full power!

Whoa!

Surf's up, Hitler! Blastoise is an amazing specimen of a Pokemon!

Not only do its water cannons provide for enormous offensive ability (a Blastoise's Hydro Pump can break through steel!), but its thick shell makes it a defense monster! Even high-power gunshots can't penetrate it!

Perhaps Hitler should set Blastoise to patrol the rough surf of Normandy? I know that the odds of an allied incursion there are slim, but...better safe than sorry!

Hmpf.

I never liked Wartortle that much. While Ivysaur and Charmeleon are significantly more intimidating than their previous forms, Wartortle just looks like a Squirtle with wing-ears.

However, it is somewhat stronger than its previous form, and Hitler has to go through this form if he wants the next Pokemon on his Pokedex---the almighty Blastoise.

Squirtle is a turtle.

Hitler's latest capture is a good one. Squirtle boasts a decent arsenal of offensive abilities, supplemented by impressive defense. Few attacks can breech a Squirtle's shell---barring electric attacks, of course!

Its Bubble attack, as well as the more powerful Bubblebeam, can also lower the opponent's speed on occasion---a useful stat affecter, as Squirtle is not the fastest Pokemon in the world, lol.

Amazing!

Charizard makes for a mighty addition to Hitler's Pokemon! Few things are as physically impressive and intimidating as a full-grown Charizard with wings spread!

Hitler can now easily cross large distances, too. Before now he had to rely on the Hitler-mobile, which didn't get many miles-per-gallon. And the price of gas is something our good ol' Pokemon Fuhrer is quite concerned about.

Wonderful!

I am glad to see that Hitler has no apparent difficulty with control of his newly-evolved Charmeleon. Ash Ketchum was not so lucky.

The power boost that Charmeleon has received will help greatly in battle. The added strength in its claw-based attacks is also beneficial.

Charmander---the dark horse starter.

Hitler is lucky that he already has a Venusaur, because Charmander is a difficult Pokemon to start with. While its stats are decent, it has a relatively small move pool and has a significant disadvantage against Brock and Misty.

Luckily for Hitler, Charmander learns Ember quickly, giving it a potent attack early on.

AfroUnderscoreStud responds:

Adolf's Charmander could beat Brock's Onyx with a single Scratch.

Ivysaur...impressive!

Bulbasaur's move pool is varied, but sometimes a trainer needs more than a wide range of techniques. Ivysaur provides Hitler with a decent power boost, allowing him to dominate higher-level Pokemon that Bulbasaur might not be able to stand against, even with a type advantage.

Ivysaur, for example, could aid Hitler in a battle with Misty's Starmie (beware of Bubblebeam!).

This evolution is good news. Hitler, keep it up! You've got a long way to go!

AfroUnderscoreStud responds:

Pfft, what's Misty's Starmie's Bubblebeam going to do against Adolf's Ivysaur?

Bulbasaur is great.

Hitler made a good choice with Bulbasaur. A Grass/Poison type, Bulbasaur has access to a wide range of potent techniques, such as Razor Leaf, Mega Drain, and Sludge Bomb. Also, should Hitler decide to take on the Pokemon Gyms, Bulbasaur holds a type advantage over both Brock AND Misty!

It's a great choice for a beginner. May Bulbasaur guide Hitler well on his quest to become a Pokemon Master!

AfroUnderscoreStud responds:

Bulbasaur is the greatest Pokémon ever. It could vine whip Arceus into pulp.

I don't even know what this is! This sort of thing ain't my bag, baby!
